Terms of Service

Please Read:
-By commissioning this artist, you agree to the following Terms of my services.

- Commissioned art made by me MAY NOT be used to train AI in any way i.e. AI Modeling, AI Art, or any kind of AI generative purposes.
- Commissioned Art MAY NOT be used for/converted into NFTs or be used in relation or promotions for NFTs.
- Commissioned artwork MAY NOT be resold or used to make a profit.
- The client cannot claim/declare the artwork as their own
- All commissioned art work is for personal use only, even when fully paid for, the client must ask for explicit confirmation from the artist to use the art in this way. herein the artist reserves the right to add fees for such requests.
- The Artist reserves the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time without explanation.
- The Artist reserves the right to post the artwork.
- Payments will be handled via PayPal or any other worked out payment method.
-Clients agree to pay upfront for the commission once the artist has accepted their commission request before progress is made.
- If payment is not made within 48 hours of the initial request it will be considered canceled
- If the client decides to cancel their request for what ever reason a partial refund will be made based on the amount of work that was done. Clients agree that the artists decision on how much will be refunded is non-negotiable.
- If the client cancels the art work before completion, the artist holds all rights to the artwork and it will be used or resold by the artist however they see fit.
- Refunds cannot happen after artwork is completed and fully paid for.
- A commission is considered completed after the client fully approves the artwork as final.
- Clients must ask to make their own edits to the final product.
- A deadline must be agreed upon between artist and client upfront with payment. shorter deadlines maybe considered a rush order and will be charged as such. However if the deadline cannot be met the rush fee will be refunded.
- The client should only share/post the version of the commissioned work that has a clear water mark from the artist. due to theft, the artist recommends to avoid posting the full size image and/or without the watermark to avoid theft.
- The artist reserves the right to sell prints, make products, and otherwise make profit off of the commissioned artwork.

- The final artwork will be sent via email, unless another method has been discussed with the artist before payment.
- The artist is not responsible for keeping a safe file of the artwork. If the artwork is deleted or lost, the artist is not responsible for providing the artwork again after the client has received their final artwork.
- All communication of the content of the commission is to be kept off PayPal and kept inside the preferred communication method.

For ORIGINAL DESIGNS:
- The previous TOS mentioned above still applies.
- Once a design has been commissioned, the client has ownership and may use the design for whatever purposes they desire.
- Clients may NOT claim to have designed the character and should always give credit to the artist.

$30 (USD)
+$15 per design for a flash sheet
Includes a model of the tattoos placement if asked
fully customizable from color, subject and whatever else

NSFW REQUESTS AND TOS

Everything from the above TOS still applies
- I WILL NOT do any commissions that involve minors, zoophilia or any topic that is deemed extreme
- Kinks are all inclusive so don't be shy
- Prices remain the same for NSFW requests but are subject to change
